On February 11, 2019, Hello! Project confirmed Happiness' involvement on the current Pretty Cure movie, with the dance of the film that includes all Pretty Cure from Max Heart to Season Heart! alongside Happiness and a selected group of young fans. On February 16, Hello! Project revealed the full single with Hope (I Believe) being its seventh A-side track alongside six songs: Kiss Me, Friends, Wish, We Can Fly, Sunshine Dream and Seek A Light. It will be released in both CD and CD+DVD formats with 4 limited editions.
